(S)-Enzaplatovir ((S)-BTA-C585) is the S-enantiomer of Enzaplatovir. (S)-Enzaplatovir shows antiviral activities with an EC ₅₀ of 56 nM for respiratory syncytial viral (RSV) (patent WO2011094823A1 compound 77) ^[1] .
