7rh (DDR1-IN-2) is a potent inhibitor of discoidin domain receptor 1 ( DDR1 ), with an IC 50 of 13.1 nM, and also less potently inhibits DDR2 , with an IC 50 of 203 nM.

7rh (compound 1) is a potent inhibitor of DDR1, with an IC 50 of 13.1 nM, and less potently inhibits DDR2, with an IC 50 of 203 nM. 7rh also shows inhibitory activities against Bcr-Abl and c-Kit, with IC 50 s of 414 and 2500 nM, respectively [1] .
