Sisunatovir (RV521) hydrochloride, an orally available inhibitor of the RSV fusion (RSV-F) protein, exhibits potent efficacy against a panel of clinical isolates of RSV-A and RSV-B viruses, with IC ₅₀ s of 1.4 nM and 1.0 nM, respectively ^[1] .
