Izumerogant is an inverse agonist of retinoid-related orphan receptor-gamma (RORγ) . Izumerogant (compound 123) also potently inhibits IL-17A , IL-17F and IFN-γ activity with IC ₅₀ s <50 nM ^[1] ^[2] .
