Summary

Clathrin-IN-2 is potent inhibitor of clathrin mediated endocytosis (CME) with an IC ₅₀ value of 2.3 μM. Clathrin-IN-2 also has inhibitiory for dyn I GTPase with an IC ₅₀ value of 7.7 μM ^[1] .

In Vitro

Clathrin-IN-2 (Compound 8a) can inhibit clathrin mediated endocytosis with an IC ₅₀ value of 2.3 μM ^[1] .
Clathrin-IN-2 has inhibitiory for dyn I GTPase with an IC ₅₀ value of 7.7 μM ^[1] .
