Summary

Coniferyl ferulate, a strong inhibitor of glutathione S-transferase ( GST ), reverses multidrug resistance and downregulates P-glycoprotein . Coniferyl ferulate shows strong inhibition of human placental GST with an IC ₅₀ of 0.3 μM ^[1] .
