Kushenol E is a class of flavonoids isolated from Sophora flavescens and is a non-competitive indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) inhibitor with an IC ₅₀ of 7.7 µM and a K _i of 9.5 µM, has anti-tumor activity ^[1] .
