Summary

Antitumor agent-84 (compound 21a) is a G-quadruplex (G4)-ligand with the ability to stabilize different G4-DNA structures. Antitumor agent-84 has highly effective anti-tumor properties ^[1] .

In Vitro

Antitumor agent-84 stabilizes the c-MYC Pu24T, c-MYC Pu22, CKit1, CKit2, KRAS and G4 DNA structures ^[1] .
Antitumor agent-84 (1-10000 nM) inhibits tumor organoids and cancer activated fibroblast (CAF) cells with IC ₅₀ values of 161 and 2515 nM, respectively ^[1] .
