To maintain a reliable and trusted supplier network, Arctom requires participating suppliers to meet the following service and compliance standards:
- Chemical suppliers should maintain greater purity of ≥95% and provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) along with relevant analytical data when requested.
- Maintain at least 90% on-time shipment performance for confirmed orders.
- Keep cancellation rates below 5%, ensuring that the vast majority of accepted orders can be fulfilled.
- Provide regular order status updates, typically on a weekly basis, until orders are complete.
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Supply accurate and up-to-date catalog data and notify Arctom of any changes on a routine basis.
- Comply with all applicable storage, handling, packaging, and shipping regulations, including requirements related to hazardous or regulated materials.
- Cooperate with facility, packaging, or shipping audits conducted by Arctom or relevant regulatory authorities when applicable.
- Participate in periodic performance reviews with Arctom to ensure agreed service standards are consistently maintained.
