Description

Sappanone A, a homoisoflavanone isolated from the heartwood of (Leguminosae), induces expression by activating through the p38 MAPK pathway, suppresses LPS-induced activation by suppressing the phosphorylation of at Ser536, exerting its anti-inflammatory effect.
