Description

Gap 26, a connexin mimetic peptide that composeds of residue no. 63-75 of the extracellular loop 1 of connexin 43 (Cx43), is a inhibitor. Gap 26 blocks photoliberating inositol-1,4,5-trisphosphate triggers ATP release.
