In vitro
3-Chloro-5-hydroxybenzoic acid shows potency against human (EC=16 μM), monkey (EC=17 μM), dog (EC=67 μM), rat (EC=7 μM), mouse (EC=22 μM), and hamster GPR81 (EC=27 μM).
