Description

Hemin (protohemin) is an iron-containing porphyrin used in the management of porphyria attacks, particularly in acute intermittent porphyria.Hemin is an Heme oxygenase inducer.This product has poor solubility, animal experiments are available, cell experiments please choose carefully!

In vitro

Treatment of hemin or AFC damped the expression of TFRC in CT26 cells, which can be significantly rescued by overexpression of OTUD1.
