Description

Triptonide, isolated from the roots of Tripterygium wilfordii, can effectively inhibit canonical signaling by targeting the downstream C-terminal transcription domain of β-catenin or a nuclear component associated with β-catenin. It is also an antineoplastic agent, an anti-inflammatory agent and an immunosuppressive agent.
